Site Supporter Spider Posted November 24, 2020 Site Supporter Share Posted November 24, 2020 Spoke to a few people today business-wise. To a man , they’re basically acting like the vaccine landed a month ago and are treating the good news as a green light to crack on as normal. I hope to god these vaccines get approved. The North (and parts of the Midlands) and the red wall were and will be key at the next election. We'll all be treated according to the virus levels; too low in some areas could see rapid growth and more accusations of poor management. Moderators Casino Posted November 24, 2020 Moderators Share Posted November 24, 2020 If they publish the thought process, then we can decide if the tier we get is reasonable Maybe its cos I've no older relatives to protect but all I'm happy doing is carrying on being sensible I wear a mask all the time and there's nowhere to go anyway...other than work Wife and daughter have, however, had their fill of this Maybe its cos they've worked all the way through

If it gets targeted to towns within an area we’re screwed anyway. Imagine Bolton got selected for shutdown and Bury were relaxed into the next tier down. Do you think Bolton piss-pots could resist a trip 6 or 7 miles East for a beer? I don’t.

We’ve been told to bring id to the pub as in driving licence etc to prove where we live. Seems simplest way.
