We had a decent thread a while back discussing Evatt’s philosophies and approach to the game (think it got tainted and pulled)

So not a bad time to start it up again at the beginning of the season.

In the main he’s done a fantastic job. A minority lost patience round about Xmas/New Year in both seasons. 

But surely now he has the large backing of the majority of fans and the brand he talked about implementing here is now well and truly established.

Good article above highlighting how he’s using Sport Science to get the squad performing to it’s optimum level.

A young, meticulous, intelligent and passionate individual, who we are very lucky to have leading our club.

I hope he gets what he deserves with promotion to the Championship.

It is a very chalk and cheese at times.

That said, the same problems and comments keep appearing. 

Maybe we need an assistant quickly who will provide additional ideas and challenge him in a positive way.

@masi 51 I'm not the most prolific poster on here, so apologies if I'm wrong about this but how come you (and others) only pop up here when we appear to be "struggling"or not performing as certain folk think we should.

Actually I’m a UEFA B licensed coach with 15 years active coaching experience who attended my first Bolton game in 1983 and have been a season ticket holder for over 20 years and even I acknowledge that someone with over 500 professional appearances and a having managed a couple of hundred games probably knows a great deal about football. What’s your relevant experience?

I can do over 20 keepy uppies and once played for a wanderersways all star team on spa road playing fields in Bolton.

I know well more about football than anyone.
