Watching loads of videos from yesterday. Strikes me how brilliant she has been in everything she has done since she walked through the door.

Her whole attitude and approach is wonderful, the players seem to have total respect for her. We are incredibly lucky to have her involved in the club. Watching her celebrate when we win seems very natural as though she is loving the journey.

She and the board have been superb… i am just wondering how long she can stay and keep taking us forwards, be interesting to know her plans should we reach the championship and further on the premier league. I’m sure she’ll be down the road of thinking about these scenarios.

The more stories of other clubs starting to struggle financially come out, the more her approach appeals.

Build gradually, sustainably with honesty and integrity. Something to be even more proud about.

It is the only way, I’d rather be sustainable in the championship than gamble on returning to the premier league, don’t think I’m to bothered if we ever get to premiership again.

Always important to keep trying to get better, and resting on your laurels, is tantamount to going backwards.

Just achieve it by intelligent purchases and development of younger players, without bursting the bank.

Deffo this.

Naturally, the higher end of the championship is our level.

I've no desire to be going to prem again and throwing money we don't have in to a black hole.

Sharon has no previous emotional investment in BWFC so hopefully that saves a blind gamble. She knows what shes doing.

Woman deserves a damehood.

Honourable mention to Michael James from me.

God knows where we'd be without him. He really is one of our own.

When i was introduced to him in that sweaty pub at Ipswich, bought him and his lady a pint

Thanked him for what he had done

He said i couldnt have done it without the family

Said he got em together and asked if he could blow their inheritance

They replied, we have nowt better to spend it on

Dunno about MJ but two of his kids were stood amongst us at the Gillingham drubbing

Michael James was at Pisa… says it all for me.

Same

The only reason I’d want to see us back there is for my lad and the yoof who’ve only ever seen us be shit.

Sunday showed just how big we can be.

Top 6/7 of the Prem are so far out of reach now that it’s not even that interesting.

If Brighton and Brentford can spoil the party then in a few years of continued growth we could

I don't know loads about either of those two teams, but both seem to be competing well without chucking hundreds of millions of pounds at it - it'll be interesting to see who long they can keep it up for.

Ultimately, you're looking at Arsenal, Man City, Man Utd, Spurs, Chelsea, Newcastle and Liverpool generally pushing for those top 4 places. We will see the odd interloper, but those top 6 or 7 teams are, as Spider says, are so far ahead financially, that's it's just ridiculous. It'll be a long, long time before we see a team like Leicester win the PL again

The top 6/7 is effectively the European Super League. I wonder if the PL would at some stage let in the rest?

Dont tell me he is a pinkie!

And he did Stoke on a cold Tuesday night ( 0-0 too).

No, he’s not a pinkie at all but his little aberration was a long time ago and is never being repeated again after everything that he’s done for the club.

Folk were paid out of his own pocket while that fuckin charlatan of a chairman was sat on his boat in Monaco.

He has been the constant since Gartside’s days and his presence gives me the reassurance that if FV do sell up, it’ll go to somebody who would be trustworthy custodians for the future.

I think if FV ever did sell up it would only be to people they knew were trustworthy custodians. No reasons to doubt it given the levels of integrity they've shown since day 1.  You're right though - he's a very, very good man to have around.
