Except for when the winner was a kit with a big stripe down the middle which clearly wouldnt work with the sponsor 

So the club said because the vote was so popular we're going to have another one, the winner of the last one plus two more

Done this before but I had some insider info at Southampton years ago. They decide the kit before the vote 

BWFC may be different though obvs
