He's a better human being too. So lets get that out of the way. However, He's a manager with no confidence in his best players. 39 league matches in and he doesn't have a clue what his best team is. Nor his best formation. Today we're third & playing bottom, on a less than ideal pitch. Instead of coming out saying 'let them worry about us' he's adapted us to meet their strengths.
