You just know Charles is going to score

I'm sure he will one day.

For now he'd probably just settle for him coming on the pitch when the team's winning and us not scoring 2 goals to turn the games around.

His record is played against us in 3 league games, aggregate score Bolton 5 Hudds 0.

Strikes a chord with me like.

Can we sign Sorenson in the summer as we've no full backs in our squad

I've noticed him every time we've played 'em, exactly the sort of full back we need, pacey, strong, puts a good cross in.  His one mistake was allowing us to get the ball back off him in the 100th minute down by the corner flag, he should have seen the game out from there.  Wierdly similar to the way Lincoln gave us the ball in the same position in the 100th minute from which Gale also went down the right wing to assist the equaliser.

Really hope we go for him whichever league we're in.

So typical of us this season, one things for sure mentality isn't in an issue with these lads. Can't help but think dodgy tactics and player selection is at the core of so many of our issues this season.

I agree on the player selection, the sooner we can get rid of Toal and Johnston the better the team we’ll be.

Doesn’t matter where we finish and who we play or in what order, those 10,15 or 20 minutes of madness have to stop.

its gone beyond the point of being recurring, its just rank football.

first off, Johnstones repeated action of when the ball went out wide he went narrow in to a CB position rather than getting out and trying to stop the cross resulted in the penalty.

secondly, working the chance to get the ball in the box but Conway refuses which ends up back with the keeper. This then leads on to the 3rd moment of madness, Toal not playing in ACD. Directly led to the 3rd.

cannot ignore the spirit and the fight, if anything they looked like they had 10 men.

But, in the play offs, which are usually tight, intense affairs and won by fine margins, another self inflicted implosion could absolutely kill us.

GJ isn't really a full back, can understand him sort of reverting to centre back and going narrow.

Overall though, we should have had the game wrapped up.

Yeh completely get that. However it’s not as though it was his first game in there and he’s just defaulted. Been game after game. And the first and golden rule is - stop the cross. That’s just basic

Very admirable and all that, but that's been the story of our season. Too many times have we had to  rely on miraculous comebacks.

Dalby scores that sitter just before half time , we win that comfortably, 3 or 4 nil. And that, boys and girls is why we ain't going up automatically.

Conversely, that never say die attitude might stand us in good stead in the play offs.

He was a really good player, solid, physical, quick. Together, him and Harness made for a strong combination on that side. SS was too slow to see it and act

Now come on you miserable bastards, get back on here and admit to being  hysterical negative drama queens 🤣

No.., but what if…. yeh but…. Yeh but..

Just admit you’re wrong. Own up to having to predict doom to satisfy your insecure outlook.

Hands up, no way could I see us getting back at 3-1 down and the way we were playing but just proves once again that whatever else you can blame you can’t fault the spirit of the guys. Fair play and glad to admit being a neg head. 🤷‍♂️

You genuinely can't have watched us this season if you thought we were out of it at 3-1.

Equally, nobody should've felt confident after a routine comfortable first half where we were 1-0 up.

We've found every single way to not win games this season. And every single way not to lose them.

Considering how totally fucking mental all of our games are, we are weirdly predictable in that respect.

Another bonkers day at the Reebok, we are now so hopelessly stacked one way in terms of our assets and deficiencies we might as well just try and outscore whoever we play, in any game, first leg, second leg, final.

Defensive foundations are crumbling around Forino (even our own players taking him out 🤦) but we have a ridiculous breadth and depth of forward assets, almost a throwback to Keegan's Newcastle of old, you score 3 we'll match you and some.

Kenny was sensational, going up a level with every game.

Fair play - good response 👏

I responded like @Tonge moor green jacket suggests, like we are chatting in the pub. An emotional reaction to going 1-3 down.

Glad to see you acknowledge the spirit. 👏

That may take us to the championship.

@only1swanny and @RUREADY2ROLL might do the same to be fair to them.

I’ll be amazed when f @Whitestar does! 🤣

It is, but I guess that's the risk of playing a round peg, in a round hole with a slightly narrower diameter. 😀

Watched every game Tom but honestly thought today we’d blown it but it just goes to show what a fantastic game football is and what a frustrating but excellent squad this is and what a goal by Ibby to save the point.
