Site Supporter Spider Posted May 21, 2017 Site Supporter Share Posted May 21, 2017 Congrats to Liverpool on qualifying for a qualifiers spot after spending several years and the GDP of a developed nation on utter shit. Farrelli
Gary Cahill lifts the premier league trophy. 6 million fkin quid No other offers were on the table. However, we should have put clauses in concerning premier league titles or selling on percentage but our previous owners were not very savvy. Perhaps Chelsea wouldn't have agreed to such clauses given that there were no other offers on the table?
Moderators Casino Posted May 21, 2017 Moderators Share Posted May 21, 2017 We could and should have made them agree  Fact is we kept him too long but if we had sold sooner the old lack of ambition would've been trotted out  With just 6 months on his contract I'd say we did very well  Only getting ream and sordell in return was the massive kick in the nuts

City signing Stefan Savic early in summer 2011 ended our hopes of a bidding war as Munchen had already signed Jones and Smalling. Arsenal never interested at the going rate. All those clubs missed out on a great signing, we missed out on the cash. More bad luck than anything as I don't believe Coyles tale about turning down City. Moderators Zico Posted May 21, 2017 Moderators Share Posted May 21, 2017 Ha I'd forgot about that, and Coyle told it like it was a masterstroke on his part  Fact is if city offered £17m or whatever it was ED/PG would not have let Coyle have the final say and he'd have been sold

Ani
off to bradfordways in a bit  have they mentioned our latest dalliance with the revenue? Leave them to it, they know  They are quite wound up by Millwall fans and arguing which of their players are shit.  A few think McCall is for the chop. Escobarp
Meaningless end of season game and all credit to Chelsea and Sunderland for allowing them to honour what they consider to be their biggest legend  Nothing wrong with it whatsoever.  He might not be everyone's cup of tea but then again it's not our club so we're not really arsed or allowed to tell other clubs what to do in respect of their own
