Excitement on Birkenhead tonight - Tranmere one win away from a first ever home game v Man Utd

Although Sunday's WSL match at Prenton Park was postponed ManU did play a competitive match there last season. (Do they also have a men's team nowadays?)

Wondered what you meant. Now just heard the commentary. 15000 short of capacity; no fucking wonder.

What a cunting disgrace. Fucking scandalous prices.

I take it that's about Man u v Wolves?

Crowd was officially 67,025 inc 2,600 from Wolves. Sales of over 70,000 with a few thousand who bought tickets in cup ticket scheme paying for tickets but not going.

It sounded like 60000 on the commentary, however the point still stands £55 is a fucking con.

Clubs profess to be at the centre of the community, we see examples of them offering help and activities for disadvantaged kids.

Then promptly rip off the very people who are the reason for their existence.

Already looking at teams in leagues below (usually a March/April) pastime, that.

The prospect of Barrow away is one thing... But Harrogate?!

Listening to radio 5 on the way home

They had this German reporter on talking about it

Apparently Germans don't consider three goals a hat trick, unless

1) they are all scored in the same half (which they were)

2) they are three goals in a row and no player, from either side, scores a goal inbetween (Sancho scored between his first and second)

In winter months very fashionable with the gloves
