Yes, and that's as it should be

aye, so long as they are truly independent, both 'sides' should agree their award is binding

i do remember the last govt vetoing awards and sticking their chums on the boards, which I suppose makes a mockery of it

which will continue until we solve the staff shortages, which can be done through retention, recruitment and reducing demand

hence, trying to sort primary care

its really not rocket science

A girl my wife works with is in the exact same boat, her current deal finishes end of November - she's still got nearly £400K outstanding, all I know is that she's currently on 1.59%, so she's in for some sort of massive headache. Especially as she "borrowed" about £60K (I think) on one of these help to buy equity loan schemes. I don't know the ins and outs of it, but I know it's causing them some real problems and narrowing the field for them.

Not that I was overly listening, but I think Mrs Sweep said the monthly cost would be going from something like £1700 to £3100 per month (I may have got that wrong, as that does look a bit too big of a leap)

Big enough to see a £400 rise thanks to the next Thatcher.

Yet we need to worry about nurses being paid properly.

Yeah mine went up from £750 to £1140 a month pretty much overnight. Strong and stable! Safe pair of hands etc ❤️

 When the left wing media show someone running to a car in the pissing rain and declare "couldn't get away from the event quick enough".

As we all know, all part of the game. They build up an ever growing picture of deceit and discredit which eventually topples the tall poppy. In this particular instance, likely to be a relatively short exercise.

nobody credible actually thinks hes done anything wrong

then we come on to the likes of you

where has he been deceitful?

The chair bloke from Reform last night on QT showed that they are still a one man party. Couple of sound bites (lies) then made to look a fool by the audience and even Fiona 'left wing' Bruce.

It does seems he might've been deceitful about his use of Lord Alli's apartment

In what way? And how much did it cost the taxpayer?

Well, it certainly wasn't a "one off" as his press office claimed yesterday

But it'd be much less of an issue if Lord Alli hadn't have received a pass to No. 10 for reasons that aren't clear and haven't been explained

Granted, it's not on a par with disregarding the advice of the intelligence services and appointing "Lord Lebedev of Siberia"

Isn't there a video knocking about, pre election, when he said that looking after pensioners would be among his priorities, lying cnut

Do you think pensioners who either don't need the Winter Fuel Allowance, or live abroad in a warm country, should be given the same as pensioners who are genuinely struggling?

I've just remembered Starmer put his own family photographs on display in Lord Alli's house so people would think it was his house when addressing the country during COVID

I have to respect it
