DomRepWanderer Posted April 8, 2018 Posted April 8, 2018 Comes to something when we are fearful of Millwall, we were head and shoulders above them last season, difference is they have the manager of the season, we have well Parkinson, nuff said. Quote
Roger_Dubuis Posted April 8, 2018 Posted April 8, 2018 I see Millwall's leading goal scorer this season has scored 10 , the same as that shithouse Madine scored before we sold him in January. 1-0 Bolton Quote

radcliffe white Posted April 8, 2018 Posted April 8, 2018 The Bolton team isn't exactly full of household names either... even in my household! no but if you got a neutral bet they could identify more bolton than Millwall players off there heads Anyway point being millwall have a team who work and fight for thr manager Quote
Mounts Kipper Posted April 8, 2018 Posted April 8, 2018 (edited) Strange that some of our fans completely ruling out a Bolton win, this league anyone can beat anyone, as you can see by us beating Villa and Cardiff so I would not be suprised to see us win this game. The key is having Pratley and Henry in the team so we can then play more attacking players further upfield, for me Clough, Ameobi and ALF must start and I’d also chuck Morais in, thats if he’s fit, we’ve really missed his creativity. passmosster Posted April 8, 2018 Posted April 8, 2018 If Pratley's not fit, I'd put King in. You need someone who can work a shift against this lot. Quote
freds dad Posted April 8, 2018 Posted April 8, 2018 These boys are 15 unbeaten... Due a defeat then. 2-1 to us. ALF and Vela before Danny Baker scores for them in the 80th followed by fierce defending with a goal line clearance by Sweaty Ken. Quote

RUREADY2ROLL Posted April 8, 2018 Posted April 8, 2018 That’s how I would have it, Ameobi, Clough and Morais behind ALF Pratley and Henry doing the hard yards Clough wouldnt get on the bench for me; offers nothing and thats why Forest binned him and Walker to the reserves Quote
birch-chorley Posted April 8, 2018 Posted April 8, 2018 Clough wouldnt get on the bench for me; offers nothing and thats why Forest binned him and Walker to the reserves I don’t believe he offers nothing, that’s very unfair We saw it with our own eyes for the first half of last season, he was one of our top performers (thus the transfer to Forest) We have also seen him do it at this level when he burst on the scene under Lennon If he was played centrally, in between midfield and attack he can run at defenders and create spaces for Morais, Ameobi and ALF to get in behind The question mark for me with him in that role is can he offer anything defensively, putting pressure on the opposition when they have the ball as that’s what he is missing Quote
Mounts Kipper Posted April 8, 2018 Posted April 8, 2018 Parkinson says Pratley unlikely to be fit or Morais I hope that’s just a bluff, think it might just be. Fingers crossed. Quote
jeep Posted April 8, 2018 Posted April 8, 2018 (edited) With Pratley & Henry Bwfc 1 Millwall 0 Without 1 or both Bwfc 0 Millwall 1 Edited April 8, 2018 by jeep Quote
onlyoneawalker Posted April 8, 2018 Posted April 8, 2018 We’ll win this as classic Bolton as yesterday Quote
Blondi Posted April 8, 2018 Posted April 8, 2018 Decent record against Millwall, but they're on a roll. Bolton 1 Millwall 1 Quote
Rizlar Posted April 8, 2018 Posted April 8, 2018 Depends what system he plays whose fit etc just hope we can win. Quote

Heard a rumour that Pratley might not play again this season. At the Brum game. Dismissed it, but reading he has nerve damage makes that plausible. You don’t recover quickly from that especially when injections don’t work. Obasi also injured. Quote

I agree. Reckon we can win this. Their run has to come to an end and perhaps a little bit of nerves for them in a game they'd be expected to win? Quote
Site Supporter Tonge moor green jacket Posted April 9, 2018 Site Supporter Posted April 9, 2018 Not sure about ameobi at the moment. Not really offering much, more time sucking salbutamol. Maybe impact off bench. Quote
radcliffe white Posted April 9, 2018 Posted April 9, 2018 Strange one ameobi hasn’t been at the races for weeks But can pull something out, great assist at Leeds Quote

But we can't keep carrying him waiting for him to produce the odd moment of brilliance Quote
