If you're really one how do you work out the hippopotamus of a triangle? Using only the base and the uppy bit?

I'd have thought he'd use that Pygmysauraus theorem, it's dead easy

Pythagoras was obsessed with angles, Diogenes lived in a skip and walked around with a torch during the day. He went through 200 AA batteries a week.

Socrates (the philosopher not the footballer) had a coterie of catamites and killed himself drinking hemlock because he owed a few quid in council tax.

He was good in 'Bill and Ted' though.

More of an OHM's Law man. Don't know about any nail-bender stuff.

Russian due to play Poland in a World Cup qualifier play off.

Grow some balls fifa and ban Russia.

If they don’t we are all fucked. They should not be able to participate in or host any sporting event until further notice.

Not having done my homework on this - but have been reading up a little.

As the Russian minister just said on Sky News just now (via RT) - why start counting the dead from yesterday? Ukrainian forces have killed thousands upon thousands over the last 8 years and nobody has been counting this.

Found this article.... bombing civilians. Not good. Anyone willing to say they are getting some of what they deserve?

It looks like the Ukrainian army are no pushover.

Casualties on the Russian side are high and they’ve lost loads of hardware.

Assuming the info is accurate, they aren’t exactly the A Team

60% of Russian exports are oil & gas. Western nations have made it very clear that they won't interfere with that flow.

So until we grow some balls & take a hit now, but speed up the transition to renewables, then we will continue to fund whatever their army gets upto.

Banning them from Swift & the World Cup will do fuck all.

Banning swift payment is a blow to trade, sporting events is a bit more token because I doubt they’re that concerned over sponsorships. The people who own the Sochi race circuit won’t be best pleased because that’s all sponsorships to fund that track.

Has Putin now called out Sweden and Finland, advising them not to join NATO?

If so, he’s genuinely lost it.

Did you think he was all there before this?

I wonder how many teams around the world have Ukrainians and Russians in their side and how they will manage that now?

Shouldn't be an issue if they got on beforehand and the Russian doesn't support Putin

Glad it’s something they can’t spin. A clear message.

Imagine if Russia had a president like him. The world would be a better place.
