Zico Posted May 24, 2024 Posted May 24, 2024 Lenny Kravitz is doing a European tour this summer for his new album no dates in the UK is this because we've left the EU or something? twat Quote

Same for touring for UK theatre companies in Europe, what was once very simple is no longer so booking on smaller budgets is a real problem. https://news.sky.com/story/every-barrier-in-the-world-went-up-overnight-music-festivals-call-for-help-with-brexit-issues-12658850 Not sure it this is Old Lenny's reason but I'd say that is the one Brexit Benefit I've heard of. mickbrown Posted May 24, 2024 Posted May 24, 2024 Wedding Present tonight. Watusi. I’m undecided as it’s not one of my favourites Quote
frank_spencer Posted May 24, 2024 Posted May 24, 2024 Bought tickets for Monster Magnet at the Ritz, Bob Vylan at the Academy and SiM at the Hop And Grape this week. Added to VOLA and Pitchshifter means November is going to be a very expensive month. Quote

They played the Palace Theatre on Union Street which should be the best venue in SW but police shut it down during rave years and it’s a rotting shell now. Quote
ZiggyStardust Posted May 26, 2024 Posted May 26, 2024 Fly out to Prague in the morning for the next Springsteen concert. However, as last nights Marseille concert was cancelled due to vocal problems, I have a feeling it will be sightseeing mainly. Quote
