Eight of us for this one. Even got my brother out of retirement. He hasn’t been in years. Friday and Saturday stay.

We stayed over last time.  If you've not been before, it's a great city with loads to do.  The Mary Rose exhibition is mind blowing.

Been twice

Dad let me have the day off school

Took about 56 hours to get there

a 63 year old Teddy Sheringham bagged a hattrick, no roof on the away stand and it pissed it down

Second time 3-1

Sammy lee played Nolan on the right wing then upfront then subbed him

But he saw the positives.

In never seen us win at Pompey. Went back in the 70's for a cup match, I think, on that league liner train special or whatever it was called, loads of Pompey lads to greet us.

And that 4-0? dicking getting pissed on in the away end

I'm fairly sure we won on the day of the "league liner " which made the walk back to Fratton station a bit difficult.

Yes we won and went top of Div 2 as a result of it.

Queuing outside "Fratton Halt" after the game, we were standing targets for stones and bricks

It wasn't the league liner though, no "disco carriage", it was just a football special !

Hoping to be in Dubrovnik instead, if the passport office pull their fingers out.

Got my renewed one 3 weeks after posting the old one to them.

Kept me informed of progreas throughout. tbh I was very impressed.

Dubrovnik is a fantastic place. Stayed in Cavtat 6 miles South, a very pleasant resort village & went in by boat, taking maybe 30m. Avoid the cruise landing times, if they're in full flow, & it was brilliant.

Been a good few times to Pompey.

Never really enjoyed much about the area near the ground.

Plymouth will do for me. Out

This.

Fratton is a complete shit hole.

Plymouth will test my patience.

Also, I hope to be somewhere very warm by then.

OUT OUT OUT.

Surely your spreadsheet is hurling all sorts of abuse at you for this!

Plymouth is out of the promotion betting profits and Portsmouth is covered from what we've not spent on a summer holiday (going to Bournemouth for a couple of days afterwards then stopping in the Cotswolds on the way back). Sorted.
