4-1 victory after going 1 nil down in the first 5 minutes.

18,438 of which 1,212 will stay for the lap of honour or whatever it’s called.

Nah I'm out.

They aren't worth a 2 hour round trip and me losing a day's work.

Bollocks to the lot em.

Give SS a wave from me.

Seen you in August.

Is it too late for nominations?

Presumably JD will stroll the “Manager of the Season” award, but I have some suggestions for the “Worst impression of a Striker”, “Best Dive”, “Tackle Bottler of the Season”  and “Passing to nobody in particular” categories.

None of my nominations are from the B team or BWFC ladies though.

See you in there. Mines a pint.

To me it's a night out, a stopover and probably see folk I haven't seen for a while, plus celebrate the end of a disastrous season

Just realised game is sky sports extra.

Confirmed me as out.

2 spares in ESL if anyone wants them.

Also shit fan for this.

Just can't be arsed. Not the first time either this season.

First season that I've missed games that I've no reason to miss other than apathy (and Sky Sports Extra).

I’m in the middle somewhere on this. As someone who does not enjoy summer sports I know I’m going to miss it so will ‘enjoy’ the game.

That said I’m more excited about the retained list when ever it comes out. See a few reports saying we will fight it out for Ennis today with Wigan which I suppose makes sense.

Be nice to round the season off with a win.

Fair play to the available lads today. Less fair play too our ‘injured’ heroes

I'm in the middle too.  Not going hasn't crossed my mind, and now that the day's here I'm looking forward to it (weather helps, and lack of jeopardy too I suppose).  Folk that never had any intention of going are those at the bottom I would have thought.

And @desperado running away with the positivity title more than Birmingham and Liverpool put together, no change there and why should there be - all valid arguments.

Some strangely misinterpreting my comment that some may be "on the beach" for a meaningless end of season game as somehow being controversial and/or negative, as if it isn't a thing for any football club anywhere from Arsenal/Liverpool down to the Dog & Duck.

Regarding the "injured" players, let's take Toal, Dempsey and Forrester as examples, I really have no problem with them not playing - if it was a play off scenario yes take the risk, but surely we prefer them to get properly fit first and then go at pre-season training without any lingering issues?

Hoping for SSs sake we can finish 8th which is vaguely respectable.

‘Injured players’ sums it up, the 3 you mention  probably not included but Santos for instance has gone missing for too long. It is sad as overall his contribution here has been great but this season he has been a shadow of his former self.

A surfeit of left footers in that line up, not sure about how balanced it looks. Hopefully Stevenage's back line will be suitably mesmerized by our trio of socks down ballers up front

Bit disappointed to not see Santos but hey.

He lost interest once  his best mate got sacked .

I'm not going but only because we have something prearranged. Hope it's a good game/atmosphere. I like last game of season even if there is nowt to play for.

Those of you going enjoy yourselves and see you all at the next one

I'd say during the Oxford match.

Certainly when he lost tje captaincy.

It's been illegal, for some, to criticise him because 'he's our best defender'. Which is some doing for a player not on the pitch & inventing reasons not to train.

What was once called "pulling a whinge muscle".
