Was told last night he's been put on gardening leave, something to do with being asked to take a large pay cut.

 

If it's true (and I 100% have no reason to believe it is not), it's a bad sign of things to come.

As much as I like JP, everyone needs to pull in the same direction. If he doesn't want the gig at the wage he was asked to do, I'm sure there will be other qualified people who will.

I'm guessing JP was on a salary for a Cat A academy, we are now Cat B & talk about going to Cat C, he needs to realise that that will reflect in his salary offer.
