The fella who says "you know when you've been tango'ed" is Gill Scott HeronWho also wrote and sang the Northern Soul cult classic "The Bottle" a song about alcohol abuse. His dad Gil was Celtics first black player. Scott-Heron was jailed 3 times in his later life for drug possesion.
