If anyone would’ve set 2 weeks ago we’d end up with a potential front 4 of

Kenny, Rodrigues, Apter and CBT with Gale McAtee Burstow and Dalby to support

everyone would’ve absolutely bitten your arm off.

Aye.

Not sure I'd agree with your first choice 4, nevertheless the point about numbers still stands.

Interesting, thought that was over with!

We're heading back into the realms of finding any means and any excuse to get to fixtures you'd previously written off going to 😀

Reading next Tuesday? :D

PS. Brandon Williams name been mentioned a few times. Had his contract terminated at Hull

Those of you that had ever knowingly seen any of the new signings play might have 😀

Its like the summer again, all them new signings and most of us didn't have a clue who they were or how they'd been scouted.  I was convinced Taylor was going to be the main man at the back replacing GJ as left side CB.  Dalby was going to be nodding in goals left right and centre from crosses and corners.  And Sheehan would be pushed out because we'd signed better!

TSL, the new James Trafford, was here for a season but if we could get promoted we might be able to buy him for a couple of mil.

No point over thinking it, we'll just see how it all develops.

He can play in both full back positions, he's a knob though and played one game since August.

Think it’s fair to say we’d know what we’re going to get with apter and Rodrigues. Anyone with any remote knowledge or watches coverage of the EFL would have noted performances at other clubs..

lesser extent Kenny but he’s at a club who has a large television profile so not hard to find. Would say the one anyone would have the least knowledge about is CBT

yes you never know how these moves work out in the end but it does give you a good idea at the point of signing

Well I don’t think anybody can be the slightest bit unhappy about the signings this window, all thoroughly quality players. Like others I’m much happier with Kenny than waiting for Hardie and they can all start delivering now. There really should be no reason we can’t overhaul Lincoln now starting on Saturday, especially now the Tykes have lost DKD.

In the short term that literally means winning our next 2 games, Barnsley home and Lincoln away.

If that happens its game on, if we drop a few points in those 2 the race is potentially over before its begun.

Keeper aside none of the list on the right played  regular.......Big improvement, but we have a major re-build in the Summer

like how he says "from what I've seen Kenny is not what we needed"

bearing in mind we don't take our chances, I've just watched is goals compilation video previously posted, and he's someone who gets on the end of things in the box, which is what we've needed

Aye that's the unfortunate situation we're in. Too many dropped points and poor away form. In fairness we have still been a team in transition & issues have been addressed.

All these players coming in at a crucial time for our season with the next two games being must wins. I'd still be delighted with this squad in the playoffs though. But it would be shame to see 2nd out of reach before mid February.

Exciting couple of games coming up.

Did consider it but I've left it way too late now and my leave is spent!

Sky's week by week rolling fixture changes through March onwards started today so I wonder if we get hit by any of them. Can't even predict them really, just as likely to get shafted with Port Vale moving to a Thursday night as much as them moving any of our games against rivals around us.

He had decided that window was crap before it closed and is now trying to convince himself he is right.
Of the 5 outfielders that left only 2, JDC and Morley had made any significant contribution. Neither keeper had looked good enough.

The incoming mainly been playing at clubs at a higher level, the outgoings none have moved up.

We are stronger than at start of window that is clear. I like JDC and Morley but they were not playing.
