That really is unforgivable. And avoidable. If it's that, then Ken can really fuck off. That's something that's happened on his tighter ship and is about as basic a fuck up as you can make. And on purpose. Again, i don;t know, so let's hope it's something else. The Leveller at FGR can still fuck off.
DirtySanchez
For a so called eco warrior it doesn't seem very environmentally friendly welcoming fans to make a 300 odd mile round journey to watch a game they've no interest in with the lure of a pint, when otherwise they'd probably be sat at home watching soccer Saturday

There's definitely a middle ground between radio silence, and making yourself look a twat by ranting and raving at all comers. Ken has yet to find it. Probably deliberately. Chronologically incorrect at the beginning, and saying nowt of substance, other than what is common knowledge. Basically trading knowing full well we’d have no way of paying bills and would have to bust the club eventually. should the EFL money mean we can pay the bills, then no we are not trading insolently. I hope this EFL money is significant because it seems like it has to stretch quite a way

Fair point Frank, though perhaps more important he gets it a bit more accurate. Seemed a bit half arsed. Conn's is better.

Site Supporter Tonge moor green jacket Posted January 9, 2019 Site Supporter Share Posted January 9, 2019 I know it's old ground; but given the large reduction in players' wages, and apparent non payment of bills, what is happening to the money that is actually coming in? Is it really that paltry that we can't afford hot water at the training ground? If it really is that simple that we're not generating sufficient cash to function at this base level, then administration seems inevitable. From what I can tell there'll be 4 main income streams: * Telly money * Matchday * Merchandise * Corporate Events The Telly money isn't exactly Premier League Matchday will be fairly shit as 75% is already paid by ST holders My son has a £10 bob hat with BWFO on it. Little Mix I would imagine the cashflow is dreadful. Edited January 9, 2019 by Spider

Popular Post Sluffy
Now for a bit of light relief (as pointed out by BTID over on Nuts) Sky Sports have only gone and quoted the parody Ken Anderson Twitter account on their report of the row with Vince. “Anderson hit back later in the day by announcing on Twitter fans could buy T-shirts on Bolton's website showing their appreciation for meat, adding proceeds would go towards paying Dodge's wages.” Even posted the picture too! MancWanderer
Getting completely fed up of all these "reports" coming out None of them add anything new, many are inaccurate (that SKY one!!!!) and most just appear to be written by, or on behalf of attention seekers desperate to jump on today's bandwagon Any "serious" articles all appear to be generated on the pretext of promoting how "esteemed" Iles is, so to me there's a nice little media cabal in the background generating nothing but useless white noise Have to say though that Ken's note today really made me belly laugh. Fucking brilliant. One shyster has a go at another and gets a full bodyslam back. He gained a bit of respect from me for that

It's when the liabilities (Loans to Warburton, James, Davies etc) exceed the assets. To put it simply, if he borrows £20m against BWFC assets & the asset value is only £19m then this, along with an ongoing loss-making business, would mean that you are insolvent.
