It would make this lockdown worthwhile in a way if it did happen. Would be unbelievably good.

couldn’t happen to a better set of Cunts

Hear hear. Well perhaps Man U.... and city.... and Everton. 😂

trouble is it saves West Ham from going down and I can just see Brady's smug grin when it's announced.

And the cockneys will be dancing the streets like Dick van Dyke. "I'll tell you summik for nuffink mate, I ain't never 'ad so much fun since the twins were out. Where's me fackin' eels?"

Can you imagine the justice for Liverpool furore if that happened here. I see they are already crying about Madrid game bringing the virus to Liverpool, no doubt they’ll want that replaying.

I saw the mayor of liverpool wanting an inquiry

Im pretty sure the councils safety committee couldve stopped it going ahead

To be fair, Klopp was very classy in the interview that I saw, basically said the title means jack shit vs this virus killing people

for that reason I hope he gets one if it’s a damp squib finishing this season or next

First time I’ve said that about Liverpool

He’s also been paying for folk’s shopping at Tesco in Formby apparently. As dislikable as a lot of their fans are, Klopp very much seems a good bloke.

Personally don’t think the short lived hilarity of them missing out on the title will be worth the earache to follow.

It sounds like some clubs are against continuing with this mad cap idea of playing the season out behind closed doors - they need to do the same as the Dutch league or a lot of clubs wont make it through this

Yes as some surely will be close to going bust

Dutch leagues have fucked it off. No champions, promotion or relegation. European qualification based on current positions.

That’d be bloody perfect if we did that

There would be a more than reasonable argument for us to have the -12 again if that scenario took place in League One

Apart from relegation I can't see this ending for us in another way than L1 on -12, I'm coming around to thinking that finishing the season in any way, shape or form just isn't happening.

No chance are we getting -12 again

willing to put my money on that

I will have you a bet that if we are in league one next season we have -12? Fancy it?

not that I think we will be in league 1 but if we are then -12

No problem fella a nice charity bet

my argument is FV presented a plan to the EFL  which included one season on minis points not two

not like I think they would but they could say we could pull the plug on this and bwfc will go like Bury

how much?

Same here

No chance of them rolling over a punishment given the financial hardship most clubs in league one and league two will have been through before a ball is kicked again

We took the minus 12, embargo and all else that came with, got new owners and moved on

Act of god/nature and all that

They'd look like right cunts if they insisted

Independant panel as well upheld the judgement, no way would the EFL would want to try it again and be told they can't. Embargo still stands foe next season though

I disagree. Do Liverpool get a head start?  If 19-20 is voided then its done.
