Tonge moor green jacket Posted January 20, 2024 Posted January 20, 2024 Not quite got into this yet. Santos with a sore one? Quote
masi 51 Posted January 20, 2024 Posted January 20, 2024 Games like this cry out for Bodvarsson.....Just coming back time after time Quote
Eddie Posted January 20, 2024 Posted January 20, 2024 Ref looks like a right picky bastard. How Sheehan got a card for that is madness Quote
deeane Koontz Posted January 20, 2024 Posted January 20, 2024 Methinks Cameron Jerome has been teaching Vic how to use his body properly when he has his back to the goal  Quote

Deanu Posted January 20, 2024 Posted January 20, 2024 Midfields hardly had a kick, not had one shot this half Quote
DomRepWanderer Posted January 20, 2024 Posted January 20, 2024 How the fuck did Charles miss that? Quote
L/H White Posted January 20, 2024 Posted January 20, 2024 Add another open net to Charles list How's he missed that Quote
ZiggyStardust Posted January 20, 2024 Posted January 20, 2024 That was worse than the miss at Pompey. Quote
Eddie Posted January 20, 2024 Posted January 20, 2024 Jesus Dion. He doesn’t half make himself look daft at times. Really good play by Vic and GT to set it up though. Quote
auckland_bwfc Posted January 20, 2024 Posted January 20, 2024 Better not pan out like the Portsmouth game Quote
masi 51 Posted January 20, 2024 Posted January 20, 2024 Vic Iredale and Thomason ok..........The rest poor Cannot be as bad second half, these look poor but i like the winger Archibald best player in both games Quote
Leyther_Matt Posted January 20, 2024 Author Posted January 20, 2024 Absolute sitter from Charles. Otherwise all a bit scrappy. Orient doing a good job of not letting us to get in to our stride and all a bit unnecessarily panicky in position. Vic doing a reasonable job against their big fella at the back but I don’t really think we should be going quite so direct. Quote
Wanderlust Posted January 20, 2024 Posted January 20, 2024 Scrappy as f*** that half. I really hope that Dion missing that sitter isn’t going to haunt us. Quote
deeane Koontz Posted January 20, 2024 Posted January 20, 2024 Midfield need to come back out and start playing like a unit. They're a bit all over. 2-0 bolton. VIc & Dion Quote
Lostock Whites Posted January 20, 2024 Posted January 20, 2024 Absolutely abysmal half that, Christ, did we get the ball down and play more than 2 passes in the whole half? They're pressing as expected but we've been unbelievably poor and lethargic when with our passing and touches. They're winning virtually every 2nd ball. Baxter rolls it to Santos, Santos tries a long diagonal, we miss control it or it goes wayward, they win the 2nd ball and then build an attack, repeat. Quote
Lt. Aldo Raine Posted January 20, 2024 Posted January 20, 2024 Fatigue and a lack of squad depth setting in Quote
Arrested development Posted January 20, 2024 Posted January 20, 2024 They are pressing us well but the midfield three need to get on the ball more. We haven't been good enough with the ball and it's allowing them to dictate things. Teams that press like this usually tire, hopefully they will and we can start to get hold of the ball. Defensively we've been ok but 0-0 is a tightrope away from home. Quote
gonzo Posted January 20, 2024 Posted January 20, 2024 Jesus folks its just a scrappy half of division 3 football. Winters day away from home at a team in form with big fuck off units is never going to pretty. Bod will add that big of class when he comes on. Relax Quote
