Leyther_Matt
Not wishing to put a downer on things on this fine morning, but I hope the muppet who threw the bottle of Carling at the linesman when he gave us the penalty is feeling embarrassed when he wakes up today. Plenty of bottles launched from the back down onto our own fans as well - never understand it but to be fair it’s probably pissed up 16 year olds that are still learning how to take their booze (plenty of states round us!). On that note - Barnsley has to be the most relaxed place for stewarding. The amount of boozing in the seats going on with zero attempt to hide it and not once did any steward even attempt to give a shit (and I’ve seen it like that before at Oakwell too). Ani
Fun Barnsley fans on social media saying first goal was offside and third a foul but no mention of the Santos disallowed goal. I thought the third was dodgy but watching it back would have been harsh to be disallowed. They might want think why they managed to defend a corner with no one attacking the ball, no one protecting the keeper, no one on the near post and no one on back post, fucking shambles. Definitely wasn’t a 16 year old who did it behind us. Of course him and his mates closed ranks and denied it despite there being literally nobody behind them and my Mrs magically getting drenched in Carling. I was trying to give the benefit of the doubt but there are some proper weapons that follow us. Anyway, top night, hope your Mrs wasn’t too badly impacted and could still enjoy it! It broke our little group up, Casino lost his bearings getting back to the bus. We waited feckin ages and had to pick him up miles away, he was half-way to Sheffield - 😀 They would have put him up in a local care home if he was found walking the streets 🤓👨🏿🦯➡️ Edited May 4 by RUREADY2ROLL
Dr. Feelgood
Well, 'only half done' & all that but I've said "we never win the big games" and " we need a plan B" often enough & we did & we do. I wondered about some of the hit & hope stuff earlier on & it was done with variable quality & result but very much appreciate that it was a plan to prevent their high press & midfield thuggery. Simply mixing it up a bit meant the opponents couldn't predict us. Good. Steady heads on Tuesday.

NlGHTMARE
We did better than I expected, been saying all week you’ll score 6/8 over the two legs, but never saw us scoring, so that was a bonus.

To be honest, I paused for the same reason and, when I returned, forgot to catch-up, in moments when play stopped. Just before Dempsey broke through on goal, I received the PING, PING of WhatsApp messages saying Get in!! or similar. Spoiled the surprise of the Williams corner going in; but only a little. 😀

Some guy later was saying "if Dempsey had scored it'd have been 4". Missing entirely that the corner wouldn't have happened. Folk, eh ! He’s a bit of a dick that lad: angry as fook every week. Hurt his ankle at some point as was spotted with paramedics at the front when I got my flag. he probably needs a crack off an opposition fan to make him realise being a dick is bad. Site Supporter Biggish Dave Posted May 4 Site Supporter Share Posted May 4 Not celebrated goals like them yesterday for a long time (well, 1st n 3rd). Deserved a 2 goal lead over 90 mins. Sure we got put on the ropes for 15 mins but if Paris puts us 3 up we win by 4 or 5. Not counting chickens but I'll be livid if we don't get to wembley

Doubt it was booze Remember at Oxford away at couple of years back, a few of them near us being dicks and claiming they'd been boozing from 6am and thinking it ain't booze Edited May 4 by DirtySanchez
