They're knocking Crompton Place down, after spending millions of our money emptying the fcking place.

It'll sit idle while the fat wankers in the planning dept dream up what to knock down next.

Maybe it'll stay derelict until the geniuses at Bolton Council decide to build a park, like they did with the old bingo hall.

That sat empty for 20 years, now it's a tiny 'award-winning' Park that tbh still has massive plastic pipes coming out of the grass and during the day is a hangout for bagheads 😅

AO were due to move into there years ago, as signing day came closer the price increased, then they were told they would be allowed to use the car park. AOs owner ended up telling them to fuck off and moved to the offices at Middlebrook.

The bingo hall was in legal holdup for years, was supposed to be a hotel then the construction company did a midnight flit and it all went on hold. I think the council used new powers to CPO it and turned it into greenspace as has been a desire nationally for land left undeveloped for a long time.
