Even if we were limited to frees I’d be looking for better. Clough had a good half season here in the championship after bursting into the scene. And a relatively good league one half season. The rest of the time he’s been shite. Rose tinted glasses are applied to him. He couldn’t get in a shit Forest side. He couldn’t get in our side ahead of Will Buckley. And before we get into the Parkinson style nonsense, Parky played him last season at league one level no trouble. Sadly for Zach I suspect that will ultimately prove to be his level. Nice lad.
