SalfordOriginal Posted July 6, 2018 Posted July 6, 2018 KDB playing further forward tonight Fancy a bug game from him and belgium to progress Someone called it ????
Guest Posted July 6, 2018 Posted July 6, 2018 Martinez completely changed the Belgian system tonight to make them more effective on the break. It can be done, even in the sort period of time. I hope England don’t end up regretting sticking with a system that isn’t creating much in open play.
birch-chorley Posted July 6, 2018 Posted July 6, 2018 Belgium to beat France England v Croatia in the other semi I’d imagine, too tight to call Have two teams from the same group ever met in the final before now?
Didledee Posted July 6, 2018 Posted July 6, 2018 Belgium played well, but Brazil created umpteen chances and should have had a pen, plenty of promise for France and maybe England in the final.

Sweep Posted July 6, 2018 Posted July 6, 2018 Marcelo looks like the bloke on the pub team who’s overweight, can’t run but has ok feet.... like me ????
radcliffe white Posted July 6, 2018 Posted July 6, 2018 From what I’ve seen whoever beats France will win it
MalcolmW Posted July 6, 2018 Posted July 6, 2018 Brazil v Czechoslovakia in 62 West Germany v Hungary 1954.
MalcolmW Posted July 6, 2018 Posted July 6, 2018 Uruguay v Costa Rica in 1930 You're just being a silly boy. You (should) know there were no groups until 1950, and Uruguay beat Argentina in the first final, held in Uruguay to celebrate the centenary of their independence.

Alf Hartigan Posted July 6, 2018 Posted July 6, 2018 That Courtois save against Brazil was up there with the Gordon Banks save against Brazil in 1970. Outstanding. Come to mention it, that Pavard goal for France against Argentina is up there with the Okocha free kick v Aston Villa, what a tournament.
madthatter Posted July 7, 2018 Posted July 7, 2018 Belgium look ominously good. Them and France easily best two teams. Still think they can be beaten though
gonzo Posted July 7, 2018 Posted July 7, 2018 Belgium look ominously good. Them and France easily best two teams. Still think they can be beaten though If there’s any set of players to know them it’s ours. They play with and against half their team week in week out.
Matt Lofthouse Posted July 7, 2018 Posted July 7, 2018 Citizen at work (season ticket holder) was waxing lyrical about KDB saying he’s the real deal, has everything, best he’s seen etc. I think the smug twat might be right.
Biggish Dave Posted July 7, 2018 Posted July 7, 2018 Ticket prices for semi’s if we get there - $750, $480, $285
Whites man Posted July 7, 2018 Posted July 7, 2018 Citizen at work The correct term is City fan or supporter. Referring to supporters of other teams by their club nickname is as cringeworthy as referring to them, for example, as your ex-ICF or ex-Treatment mate that someone on here does on a regular basis.
frank_spencer Posted July 7, 2018 Posted July 7, 2018 I thought it was Cityzen any road. Manc twats either way. Belgium in KDB and Hazard have 2 of the most skillful players going and with Lukaku and Feliaini can go route one with the best. They did look a bit shaky at the back at times yesterday and better timing and finishing from Brazil would have had them ahead before the OG
Whites man Posted July 7, 2018 Posted July 7, 2018 Sorryit won’t happen again. FFS don't listen to me.
enzo gambaro Posted July 7, 2018 Posted July 7, 2018 That Courtois save against Brazil was up there with the Gordon Banks save against Brazil in 1970. Outstanding. Lloris v Uruguay?
