Not for me, in her prime at least, plus Stevie actually wrote most of Fleetwood Macs decent songs.

Donna Summer
Aretha

Debbie Harry

Mary Wilson.

Mary was one of the Supremes so was better known as a backing singer but it gives a chance to tell my Mary Wilson story. (again)

Saw a Mary Wilson autograph on eBay. Bought it for £2. Bargain. Frame it with an original US Motown Supremes 7” vinyl and Bob’s your Aunty.
Turned out it was Mary Wilson, wife of Harold Wilson. Don’t buy stuff on eBay after a bottle of wine.

One poster on here knew Mary.

During the hight of lockdown I watched loads of Old Grey Whistle Tests, like you do. Anyway I came across a singer I had never heard of before, Judee Sil. She was singing a song called The Kiss. She doesn't have much of a back catalogue because she died young. But a beautiful voice. Sort of Karen Carpenter like.

Bonkers life if you check her wiki page.
