Pouring soup on solid food is something Fred West and Peter Sutcliffe would have done.

😁😁

even Dahmer ate his victims in a dignified way. I bet he didn’t have a chap chop smothered in a tin of mulligatawny soup.

No chance

Beg your pardon? This is why I'll never go back home, you lot have the taste buds of the 80s

If you think celery soup should be slopped all over a jacket potato, you want your winklepickers shoving up your bum,

"What can I get for you love?"

"What filling would you like? Tuna? Beans? Cheese?"

"Oh just a plain Jacket and a celery soup to take away?"

No love, Id like you to get a ladle of soup from that big pot there and pour it all over my jacket potato..

Celery soup sounds like something people living in some end of days apocalypse film get by on whilst they hunt down some of the last remaining humans on earth

Woah! Over a spud? No, no, no. Just a normal soup. In a bowl (or tasteful large mug)

There are animals out there. Animals.

Anyway, as it's the Xmas thread.

Me, the wife and 8 yr old grandson went to what she thought was going to be a panto at the Lowry tonight.

Claus the Musical.

Avoid it like the plague, absolute shite, experimental musical theatre. Loads of baffled, bemused & bored kids there.

Oh no you didn't.

Still you can look forward to the food, great company, drink and listening to those old seasonal favourite tunes again...

I'd forgot about soup and chips, it used to be something I had as a kid but it had to be either Chicken or Mulligatawny soup poured over chips in a Pyrex dish.

Might revisit it over Christmas
