Fuck that. I want to win. If we have to endure the pizza cup then under no circumstances do I want to bolt out of this to stay fresh for that.

Aye.

Want to win every game.

Obviously, we want to keep fresh and have a big February coming up, but it's not right wanting to be out of a competition.

I'm a bit concerned that if we were tatered it could affect confidence too, so don't want us to lose.

I hope Evatt has given them a day off tomorrow though, as I reckon they've earned it.

I dont think a defeat would have any bearing whatsoever

But, i want us to win

I did say tatered- as in a big defeat.

Give a good account of ourselves and don't get thrashed and we should be fine.

Luton are quick and physical and will test us at the back.

They do concede goals though, and I think we can cause them problems.

Will Luton play a weakened team or go for it?

Oooh. Does that mean the Firestick’s come into play next Sunday?

Could be good news for those that can’t make it…

There will be more people streaming it in Bolton, than in the whole of Scandinavia and the Baltics combined probably....

Yep, it's been scheduled for overseas broadcast so it's definitely on some channel somewhere on IPTV

I know it’s a long shot but if we did get through to FA5 then Wigan away would be off again!!!!

Or, I guess, if Wigan don’t succumb to the minnows they’re up against.

The quandary here is that I want United to beat Wigan. I know it's the classic AIDS v Cancer match-up, but a crushing defeat for Wigan piles more pressure on them and keeps Erik Ten Hag in a job for longer.

that works for me as long as they get knocked out in R4

Great logic.
