frank_spencer
Watch Guardians o'Galaxy 2 t'other week. It's ace. I know it's 'engineered' but they do a top job and the soundtrack is mint Think my Mrs may have a wet spot for the lead . . . Such a fun film. Batista does a cracking job as Drax. madthatter
Split. Not bad at all. Was dubious about Mcavoy but he pulled it off. More thriller than horror

Matt Lofthouse
Hatefull 8 - typical Tarantino slow burner, decent but not one of his best. War of the planet of the apes - good but not as good as the others though. The emoji movie - utter toss, even the nippers couldn’t be arsed with it. Leyther_Matt
Kingsman: The Golden Circle Alright for the most part, but plain fucking stupid for quite a bit of it. The fight scenes add virtually nothing to proceedings for me.

Dr Faustus
John Wick! I clocked Alfie Allen, and noted the noir aspects with the contrast of neon. To see it described as neon noir on IMDB made those six months of media studies Good effort for me watching a film without falling asleep

madthatter
Raw French film bout a vegetarian who goes to veterinary school and finds out she's a cannibal different 7/10 Heard about that a while back. One to watch when I have man flu or alone as my Mrs wouldn't watch it. If it's anything like Calvaire it can fook off https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qzjLGVyXwMA Edited November 15, 2017 by madthatter
kent_white
Arrival - absolutely fantastic film. Sci fi but done compassionately and with a brain. Must watch if you haven't seen it already. 10/
