Moderators Zico Posted July 28, 2020 Moderators Share Posted July 28, 2020 anyway, no doubt that Bournemouth squad is good enough to come back up, or get some decent transfer fees coming in
Popeye doyle
It's a mystery to me why Howe and Dyche haven't been poached by bigger clubs. When we had big Sam he was linked with every job going or so it seemed at the time. Howe might be a good fit for Villa.

Duck Egg
Ibe and Solanki haven't worked out too well. Ibe leaves on a Bosman this time I think. Well done to Bournemouth, they've had a good run but need to piss off back to the 3rd or 4th division where in my mind, they've always belonged.

On your link, you can sort by date, looks to be around 80m since jan 1 2019.
jmjhb
He was a class apart in League One this year, 25k a week though?!? Considering the amount of money Peterborough seem to get for players they really have underachieved Edited July 28, 2020 by jmjhb

Jol_BWFC
Not sure if this has been posted elsewhere, but on the topic of Bournemouth, they’re considering a legal challenge against the incorrect goal line decision in the Villa v Sheff United game. I’m sure it’s been discussed on here that it’s only a matter of time before someone brings a claim when the tech goes wrong. It’s hard to think of (a) a more clear cut example of the technology failing and (b) a situation where a team would lose more financially from a wrong decision than being relegated from the premier league. https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/53571916

deane koontz
It was probably the shittest PL seasons I've known. Especially with the use of Var and farting about with the rules. The plague came as a welcome break.

Half a dozen who are decent and can put on an entertaining game every now and then and a dozen dross who’s only aim is trying to stay up to avoid going bust. Best league in the world my arse

I still have BT Sport as they gave it me free as part of my broadband package so Champions Lge covered and ESPN for the American Sports. Would definitely miss NFL but cheaper options for that than Sky as well. Never realised you still get Sky Sports Mix with non premium package its ok for highlights of when we were in prem and classic games from a few sports. had the odd.live game on during lock down as well
