Think that boat has sailed. Can't blame the club for trying but we had fewer home fans against Bradford than previously. Atmosphere was poor. paulhanley Posted September 29, 2016 Share Posted September 29, 2016 I live in Oxford. They're an upwardly mobile club after years in the doldrums including a spell in the Conference. Still finding their way at tier 3 level but by no means overwhelmed and had a big win a couple of weeks ago against their biggest local rival, Swindon Town. They haven't won away since their promotion! Suspect they'll bring a decent following. Their away support is generally quite good and like a lot of clubs this year there's a novelty value given they've not played Bolton for years and not since Burnden days.
