I think something needs to be done sharpish about social media

Been saying this for over a decade. Shut the lot of them down (some smartarse will be along in a minute to say this site is social media). An evil development in the evolution of society.

Great news on the trains being renationalised. Crack on with the power and utilities.

Can't be much worse than Northern in its current format

Are you my brother ?

You've been around longer than my old mum, cheeky cunt.

But yeah, deep down I don't give a shite about politics and the politicians don't give a shite about us. We are all merely pawns to our dear leaders, whoever they are.

Ooooh, I like you. You're a new funny loon. I'm afraid some of our others have left not to return, sadly.

'The funny posters left. Us hipsters run things now. It's a snoozefest mainly but I do get to converse with my Internet chums'

JSL:

Northern is owned by Northern Trains Ltd, a subsidiary of the Department for Transport's public sector owning group, 'DOHL.

What I don't understand is how water companies can run up massive debt yet still pay out dividends to shareholders? If the company isn't profitable how can they do that?

"A different department is profitable".

Absolute farce really.

Or what brand of beer/cider he's drinking, what airline he's taking, the suits he wears, where his in-laws are from, where he conducts his 'business' from, trifle recipes.....

I mean, its all fine, we all share stuff on here, but don't then start preaching about the evils of social media as though you're somehow above it all.

Mick Lynch often talks a lot of sense but is wrongly derided by many as being a militant Commie.

Whats a decent wage?

Ask Mick - although TBF he did define it in the clip.

Plus they'd be paying tax into the system instead of taking money out.

No figures were mentioned, just a good living wage which they seemed to agree had been a success.
