I know she's said she wants her day in court, but when it comes down to it, what can they do apart from find in her favour and award damages? A civil case doesn't convict anyone like a criminal one. Maybe, but a civil case has a lower threshold than a criminal one. So no guarantee that it would stick criminally had it gone that way. In that sense, even if she wins, it doesn't mean as much.
