So many people on the edge. Housemates a youth worker & they've been told that they can't see their kids anymore. Even from a distance. Some teenagers out of school who won't be getting any support.

For what it's worth I'm behind another shorter lockdown. But they can't continue, surely we can't keep it up.

I always find the muscle beach area at the gym seriously suspect.

Unless you're wearing a mask & all windows are open. Other than that it's one of the highest risk places you can be. 

It's shit though. I've always had a gym membership over the winter.

Do plenty of that as well 😂 And as you say there’s something about Autumn/Winter. Very rarely run at the gym on the treadmill, I’d say more than 95% of my runs are outside. Most of my bike training is outside too, but the WattBike is a decent alternative.

It’s the swimming that will really suffer this next month. Last open water swim I did was late September. Not a chance I’m back in the Flash or Salford Quays before April 2021 😅

Back on point though there are alternatives out there if folk can’t get to the gym.

I go to the gym once a week, it's my hour where I can just let stress out, and a bit of me time, Mrs goes to slimming world. 

I'm shit at football and been rejected by 3 teams this season (that takes some doing), being Dyspraxic and having the coordination of a broken headless chicken, lifting weights is something I can actually do and not endanger others.
