We spent time when in lockdown doing virtual cheese tastings with this outfit. Great choice, we did cider, wine, beer all with cheese

The Cartmel cheese place has a good selection too - not as big as The Courtyard but really good too.

We've just got our Xmas cheese collection from Mellis. Love their shop in Edinburgh.

The Mexicana one is brilliant, I got a hot one from a farmers market Jesus Christ when it came out the next day it felt like a blowtorch on my balloon knot

That's because cheese is made from milk. Vegan cheese, I can only imagine, is made from about 73 different chemicals, not one of which is anywhere close to being milk

I used to find crumbly lancs a bit 'tart'. Found creamy Lancs better.

Now like them all.

As much as I try, every blue cheese seems to taste the same and makes me shudder. All rank.

Had some lovely goats cheese made fairly locally too.
