I see Femi-bot & Campbell are still having meltdowns, it is quite funny watching these fuckers, but the media need to reign this in now, pointless having these bitter fuckers on, its achieving nothing, we've left ffs!

If they've got all this time to go about moaning and protesting (Mr Brey) then perhaps they could re-train as vaccinators.

#Team prick.

Interview with a lady on the EU side yesterday- she said it was a shame that we've gone but said the EU need to look at themselves now and start reforms.

Well fuck me, who'd have thought!

Has anyone ever said the EU was perfect? The crux of the whole brexit debate is whether you think It would be better for  the UK to be part of making those reforms rather than being outside but impacted anyway, which is where we are now.

Where we are now is out of the EU which is what the majority voted for. The debate is over.

EU is always relevant to the UK, biggest suppliers and customers. That is something you need to get inside your head.

Of course they are relevant, that’s why we signed a free trade deal.

It's time to move on & carve something positive from it all now. Something both sides are responsible for. Plenty of opportunity etc. It's early days, but already the fear mongering seems to have been bollocks.

But if you think this is over you're kidding yourself. Arguments to rejoin the EU will return, just as they have for Scotland's second referendum. Much of that will depend on Biden's ties with the EU & the outcomes of other referendums (if they happen) . The EU could crumble or it could grow in strength & become more appealing.

Debates continue, that's part & parcel of living in a democracy. It's why deep down we all know this thread will return at some point.

Best option for the brexiteers now is rather than obsessing over those still complaining & trying to rub it in, is to help show us why we're better off out. There will be plenty of remainers as well trying to build a better country for themselves & others.

It's why Farage's post above only shows him up as the arrogant prick he is. You won't find him trying to unify the nation or build a better country after this. And it could all well come back to bite him before he's in a coffin.

Perhaps there should be a concerted effort amongst us all to buy British wherever possible, even if it means a few quid more, just to stimulate the economy post pandemic post Brexit?

Yes mate, I am. Have lived in both the east and west of this fan forced oven and visited every state (some on multiple occasions) apart from Tasmania. Every time 'Fosters' comes up in conversation, blank looks.

Back in the 60's and 70's maybe a big thing but was virtually unknown when I arrived in the 80's. Old ground but:

NSW  - Tooheys

Vic - Carlton

Qld - XXXX

SA - Coopers

WA - Swan

Bit of a national joke down here "Poms love Fosters, Home and Away, Neighbours and all the other stuff we've rejected".

No big deal, liking a Manchester brew is nothing to be ashamed of matey. I used to enjoy both Joey Holts and Boddies when I lived there.

I've been trying that for years fucking hell its impossible, before you start on big purchases like cars and electrical appliances, I once spent ages in one of the supermarkets looking for an English apple they came from the four corners of the planet but not England.

Just tried Cooper's Stout as I'm in Whyalla, very nice indeed.

They should be proud of all the tasty girls/women off their soaps - they're probably too busy off bumming their 'mates' mate, under the pretence of fishing or other manly pursuits.

I did not know the piss Fosters was brewed in Manchester, everyday's a schoolday - I thought when Boddies moved that was the last big brewery gone. I haven't drank that piss (Fosters) since I was about 15. Not only is it foul tasting one can drink it 'til the cows come home with zero effect.

Brewed in South Wales now I think. Not seen it on draught anywhere for ages but you can still buy it in supermarkets.

Give Fosters Gold a try. Nicer than you’d think. And absolute rocket fuel.

@boltondiver

They had raves in the Brewery I went to some...(Warehouse Project when it was good).

They had girls wandering around, sanctioned, like cinema ice cream girls but selling bottles of amyl nitrate 'poppers' and balloons of nitrous oxide.

I think it (Boddies) fell out of favour when InBev moved production to the Ribble valley.

The Cream of Manchester to The Jism of Preston.

Was always too smooth for my liking, I know Mancs who drank it purely for the local connection, similar to Geordies with Newky Brown.

Move production and break that connection.

What can you expect from a nation who finds it perfectly acceptable to uproot a sports team, ship them lock and stock to the other side of the country and rename them The Cinncinnatti Spunkbubbles..?

Did you see their antics on the roof thirty years ago?

They had a re-enactment about four years ago an' all.

They want locking up.
