What a result. A very pleasant surprise as I feared they’d be throwing the proverbial book at us. 

For those of a gambling persuasion, I stuck a tenner on us to stay up when the rumour was first posted and got 5/2. Now down to 9/4. 

Stuck £1.30 on us to make top six the other day and got 1,500/1 with Bet365, now down to 500/1 but you can still get 1,000/1 with SkyBet.

We'd have to win 25 out of 30 matches to get the historic points tally to finish 6th, cant see that myself. 100/1 for top half is good value though, would need to win about 18 out of 30. Unlikely but much more likely than a 100/1 chance IMO.
