Moderators Casino Posted May 13, 2023 Moderators Posted May 13, 2023 Reet, wednesday at 3 down had a chance in their second leg 4 its game over and out What score finishes this tie? I think a 3 goal defeat for us or a 4 goal win for us, second leg is pointless Quote
Moderators Casino Posted May 13, 2023 Moderators Posted May 13, 2023 On wendies, if theyre 1 or 2 up at ht, its probably game on, tbf Quote
Site Supporter Biggish Dave Posted May 13, 2023 Site Supporter Posted May 13, 2023 I don't reckon it's over yet. Still think posh will prevail but wouldn't be at all surprised if the 2nd leg finished 3-0 or 4-1 Quote

I think Peterborough will score if Wednesday defend like they did yesterday Quote

Tombwfc Posted May 13, 2023 Posted May 13, 2023 3 is enough in 99% of occasions... it doesn't mean it still won't be nervy as fuck though. Villa in the LC as an example. Quote
Members bolty58 Posted May 13, 2023 Members Posted May 13, 2023 1-0 win at home and then score early at their place will do for me. Quote
Farrelli Posted May 13, 2023 Posted May 13, 2023 I think our games with Barnsley will be tight, really hard to call. I would be happy with any advantage for the second leg. Quote
Bertie Posted May 13, 2023 Posted May 13, 2023 Probably missed it somewhere - do away goals matter over the 2 legs? Quote

No. https://www.efl.com/clubs-and-competitions/sky-bet-play-offs/play-off-history/ The winner of a semi-finals is decided by the tie's aggregate score after the two legs. If the aggregate score is level at the end of the 90 minutes of the second leg, then an additional 30 minutes of extra time is played to try to create a winning team. If the score at the end of extra time is still level then the tie is decided by penalty kicks. Away goals do not count in the play-off semi final matches. Edited May 13, 2023 by Cheese Quote

Site Supporter Spider Posted May 13, 2023 Site Supporter Posted May 13, 2023 The Posh result has made me more confident than ever that we’re going up. Just can’t see us getting beat by them at Wembley if we get there. Need to smash these dense, pig thick yarksher cunts to pieces today and make next Friday a party. COYFWM Quote

jmjhb Posted May 13, 2023 Posted May 13, 2023 In a season-defining match I'd probably stick a keeper on the bench, jsl Quote
