Frankly it’s bollocks giving certain groups as many tickets as they require before Season Ticket holders. For example, a certain pub may run a couple of 58 seaters for one game but only a mini-bus for the next. The mini-bus game won’t limit the group to only 17 or so tickets though. If that group asks for 30, they’ll get 30 even though they won’t be taking that many down. Besides, why should geography (folk use a certain pub because of where they live) have a bigger influence on the ticket sales than long-standing ST holders? I was talking to a fairly well known poster from on here on Saturday lunch time. He’s been a season ticket holder for nigh on 50 years. Should that put him just behind someone who doesn’t actually attend home games but knows a landlord who runs a coach or minibus to away games? You have Garrp and his gaggle of nonces down south chipping off all the aways down there but never step foot in reebok. Is a wank Tuesday night at home v Everton under 23s worth less superfan points than an away jolly at Charlton? The cup games should count towards cup games imo. Definitely need to reward those being arsed with them

Maybe additional points as Casino says for long term loyalty. Then for all extra games, including home cup games and away games it’s 10 points every game. The Accy semi (although there were plenty of others - Morecambe, Fleetwood etc) was the best example of how poor our system is. People who hadn’t been to one EFL trophy game, people who aren’t ST holders, and those who hadn’t been to one away game this season were able to get tickets above those who’d watched us around the country. It’ll happen this week/next week when we get stupid 2k allocation away at Barnsley I admit, I had no intentions of going to Papa John match at home never mind away. It's a shite competition, bar the final of course.

Moderators Horwich Posted May 9, 2023 Moderators Share Posted May 9, 2023 The platform is the best we can have, without the expense of building our own. Kids ST should be able to only buy kids tickets. Some sort of loyalty scheme should be in place. It is something ticketmaster could sort it a morning. It won’t happen, because the ticket office don’t want it to happen. Lancaster and London whites can get to fuck.

The groups have been limited of late. Lancaster Whites were allocated a maximum of 16 for Bristol Rovers and they were given out according to their own loyalty points system. I couldn't get near a ticket from them and but for Desperado, I'd have not been able to go, despite doing about 80% of the other aways. Staggered windows based on points sorts it out in one go, really. Agree on the supporters clubs, too.

Big E
The comment about money spent could count towards stuff could be interesting. Not for tickets maybe but it would be good if it could be collected up and then you could get rewards like £20 to spunk on bwfc tat etc

The U10 ST and buying U10 aways with no intention of going then being eligible for an adult ticket is an issue that needs sorting

Nah - far too subjective. Where would you draw the line. Over a certain distance? Mid-Week/Weekend? Gravitas of game? Where would a mid week PJT game in a backwater like Tranmere leave you (other than being puddled) - 100 super fan points for that one eh @Big E? 😊

One game, one point for me An ironic one is that Hibs used to have a loyalty points system but it got silly adding in extra points if you subscribed to Hibs TV etc so they binned it off. Just done fastest finger first for Hearts away and you name it they had the same issues as us. Queue opening an hour before sales, tickets going on sale early, people having their basket empty, some never even seeing it as on sale etc. Resultant comments being ‘bring back loyalty points’!
