Kelly got us back into the quarter v Sweden with her assists, wins it vs Italy and wins the whole thing again just as like the last final, what a superstar!

Watched it with the footy mad grandson. Great to see that he knew absolutely everything about the women’s game, the team, etc. He’s so chuffed that England have won a trophy. He did ask though why girls can’t take decent penalties

It was indeed, she's the Harry Kane of women's penalty taking, has all types in her locker and that one was right out of his book, blaster into top left corner

These girls and their manager know how to do tournament football, stumbled and huffed and puffed through it, battled away and stuck in it tonight at times but are holding the trophy and that's all that matters. Well done 👏👏👏

Not sure why folk (generally, nothing personal) have to compare the two, its not one or the other.  Its all there to be enjoyed, we don't need to pit one against the other.  Both can be exhilarating, frustrating and boring equally.  Same goes for other sports, we take those highs where we can.
