No coincidence terrible headers, or lack of, led to both goals

I agree with you both we looked small and our biggest three defenders were all missing but height wasnt the issue for goal one

That was just a fucking awful individual mistake

I do think their height led to us losing our cool though

Couldnt deal with their corners late on

Issue Tuesday was Evatt not changing things once they equalized. We were the dominant side just couldn't stick the ball in the net. One of the 3 forwards in the bench should've come on

They wouldnt have scored either

Theyre fragile

Not tactics, just shit scared

Absolutely no confidence

Like vampires, shit scared of crosses. We concede so many goals from crosses.

We have conceded 41 goals. Most In the top 15. It's embarrassing for a team with promotion ambitions.

I think short term we should be looking to go to a back 4. Just to be more solid.

Fair point on Tuesday but that performance was miles ahead of last few weeks.

Not sure which defensive minded midfielder could go in there or which wing backs we could use.

We need Santos or Toal playing as the team midweek was shortly short of height.

Second answers first for me.

Firstly, if we struggle with crosses, then try to stop so many coming in. This tends to happen because teams get behind our wingbacks.

Two fullbacks then please.

If we're struggling for more combative midfielders then either consider SSA in there or pack it as best as possible.

Wouldn't be averse to Desmond and Schon playing in wide roles making a midfield 5.

Help to prevent crosses when out of possession, just by numbers, and similarly attack down the flanks too. Both have shown abilities going forward, and you'd assume we'd be mostly counterattacking, so a touch of pace from Desmond wouldn't go amiss.

Cut some balls back for arriving support.

Be nice to here “ he’s one of our own” chant for jules today.

There will be none prouder than him today, gutted not attending to witness him in the dugout as the gaffer

Hope the players realise what today will mean for him and put their cocks on the block for him and our support

Safe journey over the hill to all going am sure the away end will be lively and as a one for the first time in a while

Yeah will be no pressure on the players hopefully, sure jules will be kicking and heading every ball.

Today, quite probably. The players, along with the interim management have got as big a free hit as they could wish for.

However scrutiny will very quickly shift to these players, above and beyond the management.

Evatt has taken the large share of criticism and abuse. After defeats it’s him who’s been getting the serious flack.

Maybe not today, unless we take a tanking, but in future games, if there’s a poor performance, it will be the turn of these players to cop the blame and the wrath of the fans.

Short sock wankers, soft cunts, overpaid shithouses

A dreary thought on a morning of excitement 😂

Let’s hope not. That’s only happening if these surrenders keep raising their head…. and that’s not going to happen anymore is it… 😊

Expecting nowt but intend to sing myself hoarse today. At the back of my mind is that little voice

"Just imagine the scenes if we get a last minute winner!"

Exactly the intangible benefit that making the decision has. Suddenly you’ve got 2,000+ fans in an away end with genuine belief - that can only be beneficial to the players and therefore our chances.

With Evatt’s big game record, there was zero chance we were winning this game - now there’s an actual credible chance that we could.

We've looked dangerous on the break on the rare occasions we've actually been able to run at teams

Today might just be the perfect opportunity to not worry about dominating possession and just try and hit them on the counter
