It probably it sentimental, but i think it's easy to forget the impact Jones and Santos had (until this season).

With Charles going, Evatt, and now these 2 plus Baxter, it's a little sad for me to see a large proportion of that team of last season pretty much pulled apart. Things can change, and it's time for a new core to step forward now. 

It's only about 12 weeks until we can watch new heroes being built up based on some YouTube videos then knocked down for not meeting expectations 🙂

Think the fans need to look at themselves after some of the santos comments, clearly our best cb and will be a big loss as seen this season.

Probably the same set of fans that think schon was player of the season.

'Some' fans undoubtedly do.  Rico was much loved and respected by the overwhelming majority in the fanbase. It's just the few gobby morons that make more noise on social media than the silent, more appreciative majority.

yep, he was "gone" since Christmas time, maybe even earlier. When he plays well, he's good, when he doesn't (which was becoming more often than not) he is an absolute liability.

And he won't end up at Wigan @Sweep. But i appreciate that's where his 'level' is. The MK Dons shouts seem to have the most merit at this point.

Wigan have exploited his flaws too many times to sign him. That said they do love signing an ex wanderer or 2

In what way is a player who's barely played this season, got into a strop and failed to impose his presence on what seems to be a ramshackle squad in training our best defender.

It's like saying Andy Walker's our best striker. He was barely present most of the season & poor ones the occasions he was.

If people were training properly when Santos had a bit of extra cloth of his arm on Saturdays, then stopped when GT wore it, they're cunts and want running out of the club. It reflects badly on everybody, including Rico.
