I think 85 points will get you that 2nd place.

That's 28 points needed from 16 games (10 away).

There's some mighty tough aways in those 10 too.

The bookies say it's down to 3 - SU are 1/12 and us and Scunny are around 11/10. The rest are lead by Millwall 16/1 and 20/1+ Bradford and the like.

We should have enough in us to get that second spot but the injuries are sure mounting up and I pray that Spearing and the two big centre halves can remain injury free.

Them odds sound about reet but our run in isn't easy.  Not looked at Scunny's or Sheff U's though  . . .

Bit surprised at the massive odds on for Sheffield utd.

All top three have been a bit up and down of late.

In all reality any two from three.

If both us and Scunny win our games in hand it will be Scunny 62, Bolton 63, Sheff Utd 64. 1/12 seems pretty short based on that.

You'd have said not a chance of being in the promotion race by February at the start of the season, but we are.

Where do you think we'll finish now misery guts?

I said we would not go up automatically and im still saying the same thing.

Im sure people on here watch a completely different team than I do

I'm sure you watch completely different teams play against us.

They are fucking gash. We are fucking gash. The whole league is gash apart from Billy Sharp.

This run of poor form from Scunthorpe is a bit misleading they have more points in last 10 games than us and about the same in last 6.

just ignore January

(I've got us with 2 more points in the last 10)

Form of the top 3 has been pretty similar over the last 10  SU slightly edging it with us 2nd.  Millwall and Fleetwood are the form teams atm.

If our away form bucks up we'll be reet and 4 points from the next 2 would be ace - can't really afford to lose either though imo.

Those two home defeats recently will hopefully not be too costly . . .

Still think we'll do it though.  Once ALF finds his shooting boots we'll be unbeatable.
