The lady on phone said she couldn't authorise those, but would send it the finacial team (Im guessing at it was paypal as aooposed to transfer/credit card). Its been an experience. Quote

Burndens Bogs Posted July 28, 2020 Posted July 28, 2020 Cancelling with Jet 2 is hard work, can't cancel online anymore, no one is answering the phones and the "Live chat" feature is unmanned, sent an email and they haven't responded. I found out at the weekend that our hotel in Turkey isn't opening till next spring, we were due to go with Jet 2 in Oct this year. Jet 2 haven't even informed us that our hotel isn't open, we had to find out ourselves. I decided to cut my losses and just lose my deposit, the balance was due next week. If i'd waited i could probably have got a refund/vouchers, but that would have meant paying the balance and i don't fancy chasing them for my money. The Travel industry must be absolute chaos behind the scenes at the moment. Quote
