We are defo learning to be cute though. Thomasson holding on to the ball then for example.

Despite IE's protestations, do you think he or someone is "coaching the naivety" out of them?

Shite him..................................

We look like a proper team at the minute plus our luck has turned.

Defence looks solid with Santos and Baptiste, Williams is brilliant just in front and we have attacking options aplenty. I've started looking at the table again.

Williams and Thomasson ran their socks off tonight, both look knackered at the end, but very solid. We struggled a bit to cope with their changes early in the second and the wind was a factor, but slowly wrestled back control, got the second at the right time with a good move and after that fairly comfortable.

Such a satisfying feeling

First half was a joy to watch as well

Excellent performance on the whole tonight.

Glad Williams is making me eat my words.

Was also nice to see us be ahithiuses tonight. Doyle and Williams with snidey found, Thomason keeping hold of the ball, etc.

It's all starting to click.

Great win.

I thought we looked a bit jaded towards the end, but they worked really hard for that.

I thought Isgrove and Jones were tremendous on the right. Jones was a great out ball for the keeper when he had to kick it, and Isgrove was really committed to the defensive side of his game. He also looked the most likely to create something from a wide position.

Williams excellent, and the non league loanee passed the ball very well first half and worked him bollocks off second.

Fine overall performance. Get em rested IE, then go again.

You've always been slow to catch on, but at least you sometimes get there in the end 😀

@hughmungus Surely got to give Evatt some credit now? Since Phoenix fucked off and Evatt's had the control over signings we've looked much better and looked like a team with a plan today! Not trying to have a pop just curious what you think.

Just call them that as they have three ex Bolton players in their team, Woolery, Spearing and Feeney

And a present one......Crawford
