The celebrating goals scored in front of away fans is happening more and more and really does need to be looked at.

whilst players should be able to do it, it is causing no end of grief and would take a big element of problems away.

No it doesn’t.
It’s part of the game.

When Dapo put his birthday hat on at Ipswich it didn’t cause any Tractor Boys to spill onto the pitch to remonstrate. Nor did it cause them to launch empty pop bottles and lighters at him.

Are Ipswich fans viewing things differently or are Bolton fans?

The cunt is still wearing Burnley colours ffs, although he may still have been there.

Course we're going to grass against our own, even if some are bellends, last time I heard vaguely racist abuse was in 1996 when someone told Tony Yeboah to "get a bath" - which could've also meant he was a sweaty fucker.

Jesus wept Neil Hart lives rent free in most of your minds. Anything he does is met with deafening screeching and over reaction, its like being on behind the stands at times.

The fact is we are a family club, it gets mentioned all the time, and therefore the environment needs to be suitable for that, this is what they the club to be and it will be the future of our club.

Also the club and board are ambitious, they want the championship and beyond, and this is what is expected at that level.

Having said that these schemes won't impact 99% of folk, just because there is a number doesnt mean you have to use it or people will. Sure there might be some folks who are over sensitive and will message for anything, but I am fairly confident a single text won't result in an instant swarm of police and stewards to carry you out and instant lifetime ban.  They will be reviewed,  if consistently received  or received from multiple numbers then some action will be taken. More than likely cctv will be trained on you and a maybe a steward informed to watch that section.and take appropriate action if in breech of the ground rules (EFl or club).

It ticks a box, shows we are trying to take positive action and satisfies the police and the governing bodies.

Calm down everyone, not much to see here. And Neil Hart is such a cunt he has given us the cheapest season tickets we have (ever?) had.

And for anyone who is constantly told to sit down or to stop swearing by folk around you then maybe a talking to from the stewards and a warning from the club is necessary. I will swear and stand at matches, but if asked to stop swearing I can manage that, if I stand up throughout a match and I block other view then yes I will sit down, and will look to move my seats if an issue long term. I did, when I used to sit west upper with my folks and moved to East.

For years it’s been a soulless place where visiting fans have taken the piss

now it’s not exactly millwall Leeds etc but it’s becoming a place where visitors are kept on their toes around the ground train station etc let’s not lose that

Correct.

Whatever point youre trying to make has gone right over my head

I’m saying if you celebrate, make a noise and jump up & down you won’t get chucked out, think Carlos was insinuating that if you did any of the above you are liable to be reported. FWIW think the report it number is a poor move by the club, but in reality can’t see it making much of a difference to 99.99% of fans. I’m not in the slightest worried about it.

Don't understand why this has been brought in. We've 30 banning orders this season. Just let the stewards and police do the job their paid to do.

Possibly it’s on police request or at least raised during discussions in how to police the ground and keep costs down, might be wide of the mark, might just be all down to Neil, whatever/whoever it is, if the club don’t back track think they need to list transgressions that might lead to you being chucked out or arrested.

Thing is, BWFC like to think they’re big on communicating yet they suddenly introduce new fan rules without giving any detail to fill in the obvious blanks which come with these rules. All they need to say is,

“Bolton Wanderers doesn’t care how you celebrate within the ground but throwing any item either onto the playing surface or at opposing spectators is absolutely not on and miscreants face a lengthy ban if identified. Some instances of pitch encroachment are obviously against EFL rules. Again, if you go onto the pitch in an effort to hurt either players or supporters from our opponents either physically or otherwise, you will be identified and banned.”

Load of old women on here.

Paul Hanley is right on this, it's going to effect hardly anyone, and its not trying to sanitise football. It's a position the club is taking to show they are doing something about a tiny percentage of fan who might throw a bottle.

I don't go in crazy corner because I'm usually at the match with either my 75 year old dad or my kids or both. It's a bit dull, but it's the experience I want for the people I'm with.

It's a gesture, nothing more. Ignore it, move on.

I’ll sneak a look at one or two Ant Hill Mob seats, post them on here and we can all make up an offence. I’ll be ready with my phone to video the stewards piling in with batons and tasers. Th’Ogden sits fairly close too. He’ll capture it from his seat. I’ll send him my footage so he becomes the first blogger with multi-camera angles.

Hate that. My kids sit there and don't move for 45 minutes. It's not a playground.

Think for some it’s the mrs saying take them with you, no interest in the football whatsoever

Tbh my lad just sits with his headphones in and looks at his phone now, but if we don’t bring him then that’s us not coming either (albeit next season will probably be his last). Doesn’t twat about or owt though. Those (old enough to know better) kids who play football on the concourse though….

Having said that, mine - bless them - only come now because they know I like it. Youngest never shown any interest, other two went off it as soon as they hit puberty and music, films, friends became more important.

Still, sit there and stay sat...
