Happy with that draw. Good day out if we beat Luton but not glamorous enough to be gutted if we lose to Luton

My thoughts

everton best outcome, back to back London games will be costly

Just checked trains. £60 return with Railcard from Wigan to Euston isn’t a bad price in the scheme of things. But I’d much prefer the £3.85 return from Newton to Liverpool 😂

Sell out at Wigan wonder how many Man U are on.

Doesn't look like it on the telly. Empty seats everywhere in the home end by the looks of it?

Just said they've sold 7000, tickets - obviously there are a lot more than that there

Looks pretty much full apart from about 20 seats right behind the Wigan goal which skew what we think as they're right on show. 40% man U I'd imagine though, so nothing for them to be pleased about. Anyway I don't think I've ever watched a game hoping for a turgid borefest, but don't want either of them coming out of this game particularly pleased.

Annoyingly how have Wigan come out of the mire with this semi decent team?! With us, it was a full season shambles to turn it round

Would be very much up for Everton away

Would rather get knocked out then have Palace away

I'd agree with that, and I'm a big fan of staying in the FA Cup, but Palace away is one of those ties I'd make an exception for.  On the other hand, Everton is well worth postponing Carlisle for, as @desperado says it would be our last ever game there, and the good thing about playing Everton is they are one of the few Prem teams/fans that you know go all out for the cups.  They'd be gutted to lose and so it gives a proper edge to their cup games and a proper cup atmosphere.

Another factor of the draw is I bet Luton don't fancy either Palace or Everton away, I'd guess their incentive to beat us has taken a bit of a knock.

I'd forgotten about Goodison actually. If us and them get through, that's a really good draw, would be well up for one last visit

Don't know how many tickets they'd give us (max 4k I'd say) but it wouldn't nearly satisfy demand.
