Watched last few minutes of the 1st half, and much of the second.

Wouldn't put them top end championship.

Odd individual of course, but not overall.

The first team would struggle to be in the top half going off recent results.

Lee Carsley lives opposite my boss

I’ll give SS til Xmas before I send her across the road in her finest (or lack of them) if our results aren’t good enough to persuade him up to Bolton

Enjoyed that game last night. England have a really good set up now and are producing some top players. You think who wasn't there who could of been aswell (Jobe, Delap) etc.

Harvey Elliott is too good to be sat on the bench all season. Thought Cresswell at the back was excellent. Can't see him being at Toulouse much longer. Proper centre half.

I thought that tall German for them was really good. 6 ft 6, reminded me of fellaini a lot. Will be at Bayern very soon judging by reports.

Seems to be a lot of English players playing abroad at the moment.

Think the playing abroad thing is really important. Not necessarily for the experience and lifestyle but the fact they are getting a lot of game time at a good level.

Agree on Elliot, he’s had a great tournament and needs to get away from Liverpool. Didn’t realise how good he is.

Ipswich will do well to Keep Hutchinson as well.

Elliott Anderson was our best player by a country mile last night.

He was excellent and it would be a close thing between him and McAtee who I thought was outstanding. If only his big brother was as good. 😁

It wasn't even close really, Anderson was head and shoulders above the rest.

Women's game today v Jamaica, all women panel, commentary, summary etc, no problem, no males. So why the hell do we have to have females involved in all of the above in the mens game.

The presenter yesterday had am annoying voice and seemed a bit naff.

Surely they could have got someone better.

Don't grow up. You are correct.

Diversity and inclusion quota bollocks innit.

Some serious insecurity on display tonight.

I'm intrigued.

If you have read many of the posts on here re football presenters, you'll have seen many (often over the top) comments slagging off male presenters.

Don't think a single one has been without some criticism.

Meanwhile, there have been some positive ones about the odd female presenter, as well as criticism.

The insecurity surely comes from people that aren't willing to treat women as equals and criticise/complement accordingly, instead criticising those that do. Scared of being labelled as sexist?

There are without doubt examples of tokenism, completely unnecessary, which harms opportunity for genuine talent

Same as the racist comments etc.

You never see a less than glamorous female presenter though do you? Most are like the blond pouting on the pitch side for the England games. Even the players look embarrassed being interviewed by them. Bring back Jimmy Hill. 😁

Nothing wrong with Female presenters. Some are great.

Laura Woods and the lass who does CBS with Carra and Henry etc.

They are just blood awful to listen to on Co-coms and add fuck all as pundits.

Nothing wrong with any of them doing whatever job- so long as they are capable.

Same with the blokes.

Carra has an awful voice for me too! 🤣

I just couldn't ever fathom being arsed about this.
