  1. THAT IS WHY WE DO IT Fuck me I love Bolton

  2. Scoring goals so late so regularly isn’t luck. It’s belief in themselves and a reluctance to accept defeat. In part by the fact that opposition are just absolutely fucked at the end and also that never say die attitude we might question their decision making, execution, ability at times but you cannot question their heart players running through a brick wall for the shirt and the club. That’s alls we ask

  5. Do you remember that game we won 1-0 v Preston when John McGinlay scored from the spot? That's probably the last game I remember in full. It was after that I started doing drugs and it's completely shot my shirt term memory!

  6. Give some credit to the opposition as well. Wycombe were by a mile the best team we've played here this season for the first 80 minutes. Deserved to score 4 or 5. Teams usually give us the ball, this lot refused to and some of their passing and movement was a class above L1.

  7. I’ll read back to page 5 next. But before I read anything. That is Bolton Wanderers!!! Fucking brilliant!! 👏👏 We should also learn that keep the same side, bingo selections, why doesn’t SS do this/that is a dangerous game. But more importantly that BWFC never know when they are beaten. And finally if catching a side we’re 8 points behind with a game in hand is unlikely, fantasy stuff. Then what about being -0-2 down on 88 mins and winning 3-2!! 👏👏

  8. 😲 FUCK ME. No one saw that coming at half time. Remarkable, well done the subs, and that late show ability appears again. That may well put the Welshers in a mood! Maybe half time booing is the way to go! 😀 Just fucking stunned. I can't really drink anymore, but fuck it, tonight I'm having one!

  9. The Mrs has zero interest in football, hates it, but then once every 2-3 years she decides she’ll come to the game with me when the other ticket is spare, bit of people watching and an afternoon off parenting - today was that day. At half time she asked if we could leave at 85 if it was still 2-0, I stupidly agreed (should have said 90 - she’s now claiming she had no idea there is injury time, she thought there was only 5 mins left). 85 comes up, I begrudgingly leave but can’t see how we’d get back into it anyway seeing as we’d been shit for the whole game (and the other late goals are usually when we’ve been good). Heard the first as I got in the car, second as we were going round the roundabout and then saw we’d got the 3rd as we got on the motorway. Tense drive home - the conflict in emotions between the high of winning and the low of missing it was mad. I blame @caffers for the ticket going spare. Main thing is we got the 3 points, kept the run going, closed the gap and once again showed this side is never beaten. The first half was as bad as we’ve played this season but let’s ignore that. Drove past forensics walking the M6 northbound a few minutes later after what I’m assuming is a shocker of an accident - motorway closed all day. Put it in perspective about missing a few goals at the match. Wife’s ruled herself out of ever coming again. Up the whites.

  11. A preview of Cardiff's forthcoming fixtures. After Lincoln: Barnsley away. Tykes smarting, but still chance of playoffs. Draw. Exeter away. Grecians still smarting. Draw. Wycombe home. Wycombe still smarting (😀) and in with a chance of playoffs offs. Draw. Blackpool home. Relegation still a possibility and having to fight to stay up sees the effluent coasters surprise their hosts. Draw. Huddersfield away. Home team still with a chance of playoffs offs pull off a win to a panicking bluebirds. Port Vale home. Vale doomed and relaxed play with freedom. Nevertheless Cardiff scab a win with a last minute disputed penalty. Peterborough away. Home team on a run and wanting a play off birth. Draw. Us, home. We consolidate our narrow, single point position in second to 4 points. Reading away. Home team in with a chance of playoffs. Draw. Northampton home. Nobby does us a favour. Draw. Bolton promoted. Mansfield away. Relaxed and a solid win as they hold onto third above Bradford. Carlsberg.

  12. never leave early and am always back in bury within the hour. why go to the match if being back home earlier is more important than watching another wanderers comeback? Congratulations to those who flounced out you missed a moment of footballing joy but are back home in time for Britain's Got Talent.

  13. With the exception of those that have genuine reasons, so many of our fans leaving early was shocking. Especially considering how many late goals we've got although that should be irrelevant. As an example theres one guy who sits near me who always leaves around 60-70 mins when we're losing, muttering that hes had enough as he storms off. He's missed all our late goals this season, and I'm not exaggerating, every single one. Today he left at half time. Injury time winners are the best bit of football by a mile, how can someone repeatedly deny themselves the possibility of seeing it just because they cant handle a bit of adversity. Absolute madness.

  14. I wonder if anyone on their team bus home asks Duff ‘ Boss why when we are on top in a game do we start wasting time and pretending we are dead rather than trying to win the game?’ Good to see Morley get a good reception. The game highlights the problem with 2 in midfield when you get over run. Need a bit of quality on ball to get wingers in the game which we did not have from minutes 3 to 85. Quite enjoyable I thought 😂😎👍

  16. Me. Going to a gig in Manchester so thought fuck it on 84, at least I'll have time to get a drink for the train then stroll over to the station, most I'll miss is Wycombe's 3rd..... I'll be over it in the morning. COYFWM!!!

  17. Nice touch from the crowd, especially considering the situation at the point he was taken off. Also thought the remembrance for the 33 was done nicely and an impeccable minutes silence. Booing the team during the first half was not so classy!

  24. Ok i mean they had a valid reason to be particularly happy about the success of a 10 year long mission specifically aimed at taking Bin Laden out given what he'd specifically done to the US There was an aim, a purpose and a sense of justice and everyone knew why they had done what they did And Obama's words were totally justified And nothing like the videos the white house post these days

  25. Dead against the death penalty. Let them rot, let them suffer, let them live a long life knowing what they have done and make an example of them.. We've learnt from these terrorists that some people don't care about dying for their cause/actions..

  26. ... and I always return to the phrase "clear and obvious" which this fckg isn't. I don't care which team wins or loses from this decision, even if it was us, this should be returned to the live decision.

  28. A £10k payout isn't an enticement to come over to get it. Most of these people have already paid that (and more) to people smugglers to get here. It seems that the current Govt can't do right for doing wrong with some people. They inherited a huge backlog of people waiting to be processed that were costing the country a fortune. if we can get rid of them at 25% of the cost, it needs considering even if it does seem wrong to be paying them off. How many people were sent to Rwanda by the Tories? How much did the Rwanda scheme cost us?

  29. If you think saving money is an argument for the death penalty - then you need to do some more reading about it as the opposite is true.

  30. All the subs were on it when they came on, Taylor will rightly take the plaudits but the energy they gave us was fantastic, great to see Conways impact at both ends to.

  38. What a fucking buzz, we got it massively wrong but made amends. All subs scored, we’ll have learnt our lesson with how we set up. Up the fucking whites; I’m going to get smashed. Have a good night lads & off you fuck Duff you time wasting shithousing prick.

  40. Right you are, and that's not ideal at all. Conway, Dempsey and CBT need to come on then

  41. Apter is a nothing player. Weak. No right foot. Too small. Needs hooking for CBT. Next goal key. We need it.

  42. Don’t change a winning team is often said, unfortunately that first half is the epitome why every game is different. Can’t even win a second ball, totally overrun in midfield, inviting crosses into our box at will & have two strikers on the pitch who can’t even get a ball up to them due to completely being dominated all over the pitch. Set up totally wrong against these today

  43. Apter needs to show a lot more, for me.

  44. Whether it’s the same side or two/three changes I’m comfortable with either scenario. Don’t think it needs criticising if he goes for either approach. It wouldn’t be bingo machine mentality to swap Conway for Johnston, or CBT for Gale or bringing in Dempsey. Although I would prefer Tutu at right back. I feel whatever side he puts out will be well reasoned based on opposition/tactics/fitness etc.

  47. Sorry lads but we’ve been the nearly men all season. I know we pumped Exeter last week but we were hardly convincing first half and also looked rattled when they scored for 5-10 mins. Not a fucking chance we’ll win enough games. We’d need to win every game for me and still expect one of the top two to lose potentially 4 and a couple of draws. Never happening in a million years. We’ve already blown it. Third at best
