Not much - maybe 10 games in his entire career and he was fairly anonymous in several of them. Only speculating SS may use him for that, but I think he has the attributes to do it from what little I’ve seen. I’d have preferred Kenny in that role because he’s more physical but it’s not a role he’s played much either, still, reckon it’s worth a shot putting Forss just behind the striker(s)

TBH I should give up trying to guess what SS might do to bring the goals - he sees them in training and has maybe already tried and discounted the things I would try.

Thing with McAtee is he thinks he’s better than what he is. Got a bit of a side to him which I think we needed last season but there’s no grounds for pointing the finger at others and swanning around giving it the big I am when you’re not delivering yourself. 
 

I think a lot of our fanbase got tricked in to the hype too as we bought him from a championship side just going up in the the Prem. My old man says a lot that you would expect him to stand out because of where he came from. 
 

however, the facts are, he never played a game for Luton. He had 1 decent season in L2 with Grimsby which led them to signing him. At the same time their promotions through the leagues commenced and he was farmed out. Had 1 ok season at Barnsley similar to what he’s delivered for us up to now so you could argue he’s an ok L1 but more suited to L2 player. 
 

so while he may have rejected Oldham, that’s probably his level

We've 4 wingbacks ... No way Schon, tutu and JDC are going anywhere so maybe sell Williams or get him out on loan.

If we're not going to play more then two in central midfield Sheehan isn't the answer.

CMG & Vic need more game time. I'd like to see both start in a settled 11 alongside Collins. 

Fuck knows what Randall is going to bring .. I just hope he has more of a impact then McAtee.

Negatives - Not clubbed up this season & played a dozen last. 33yrs old in a month's time.

Positives. A professional right back, most of his career in the 2nd tier. Free. Knows how to game Wikipedia.

He'd help fill a squad gap.
